个人介绍:

葛鑫,男,中共党员,博士研究生,现任汽车与交通工程学院讲师。主要从事功能高分子复合材料和先进树脂基复合材料的结构/功能一体化设计、制备及加工研究。涉及领域包括功能粉体表面改性、纳米材料微结构设计、导热/吸波高分子复合材料和形状稳定型相变复合材料制备与开发。应用领域涵盖电子器件、新能源动力电池的热管理、封装、粘接等。已发表论文29篇,其中SCI论文22篇,论文获 SSRN Top Ten List;申请专利5项(授权3项)。Journal of Polymer Research 审稿人。
